New features in SQL Server 2012

1) Exception handling:Throw (Returns error message in one command)

2) LAG():Get previous row value

3) EOMONTH():Get last day for a month

4)   IIF() : Returns one of two values depending on condition is True or False

5) CHOOSE () : Returns the item at the specified index from the list of values
